2026年7月17日，晶门半导体有限公司（02878）发布盈利警告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步审核，预计将录得股东应占亏损约3.8百万美元至4.1百万美元；而上年同期录得股东应占溢利约4.0百万美元。
公司指出，本期由盈转亏的主要原因包括： 1. 销售额、毛利及毛利率下降，主要受全球半导体产业链瓶颈导致的生产成本上升影响； 2. 新产品研发开支增加； 3. 人民币升值推高中国大陆的运营成本。
董事会同时表示，尽管面临不利市场环境，集团在2026年上半年仍保持稳定的IC出货量，维持了市场份额。公司将继续投入资源支持研发项目，并实施严格的成本控制措施以提升运营效率。
晶门半导体预计将于2026年8月底前公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合中期业绩。公司提醒投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
