众安智慧生活（股票代码：02271）计划在即将召开的股东周年大会上授予董事回购股份的一般授权，回购规模最高可达公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的10%。根据公告，公司目前已发行股本约为5.42864亿股，如获批准，董事可在有效期间内回购约5,428.64万股。
公告透露，回购资金将来自公司在开曼群岛法律及香港联交所上市规则下可合法动用的资源；董事会认为，此举有助于提升股东回报，并在合理情况下改善股本结构。公司同时指出，倘若最终通过该授权，相关回购安排及流程将严格遵守上市规则及公司章程的规定。
