JINTAI ENERGY H (02728) announced that, effective October 27, 2025, Mr. Ye Sheng has stepped down as the Company Secretary and the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Following Mr. Ye's resignation, the Board is pleased to appoint Mr. Chen Junxuan as the Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from October 27, 2025.
