根据公告，2026年2月16日至2月18日期间，公司于伦敦证券交易所分三次回购合计785,904股普通股，涉及最高回购价每股GBP 11.24、最低回购价每股GBP 10.825，总成交金额约GBP 8,652,881.4。这些股份将作为拟注销股份处理。公告同时显示，另有537,833股针对2月17日和2月18日的回购尚待后续注销。
经上述回购及同期发行1,357股新股后，公司于2026年2月18日的已发行股本数为2,538,079,313股。公司指出，本次股份变动均依据董事会授权进行，并确认遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规范。公告显示，购回授权于2025年5月14日获通过，授权购回的股份上限为262,668,701股，截至目前已购回68,900,013股，占授权决议通过日已发行股本的约2.645341%。
