HeartCare-B Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director

An announcement has been issued by HEARTCARE-B (HKEX: 06609) regarding a change to its board composition.
Mr. Ding Kui has stepped down from his roles as a Non-executive Director, as well as a member of both the Board Audit Committee and the Board Strategy Committee.
His resignation, attributed to other personal commitments, will take effect from June 10, 2026.
Following Mr. Ding's departure, the company has appointed Mr. Guo Shaomu, an Independent Non-executive Director, to serve as a member of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Guo's term in this capacity will last until the conclusion of the current term of the second board of directors.
