炙龙控股有限公司（08493）8月11日发布公告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核综合管理账目及董事会现有资料的初步评估，集团预计将录得约19.0百万元至21.0百万元的净溢利；而上年同期则录得净亏损约11.4百万元。
本次由亏转盈的主要原因是集团间接全资附属公司运力有限公司被香港特别行政区高等法院颁布清盘令后，终止综合入账产生一次性非现金收益约29.0百万元。
公司强调，上述数据未经核数师或审核委员会审核，最终业绩将以定稿为准。炙龙控股计划于2026年8月14日或前后公布2026年上半年中期业绩公告。
此外，应公司要求，炙龙控股股份自2025年10月20日上午9时正起在香港联交所暂停买卖，复牌时间有待另行通知。公司表示将按照GEM上市规则适时发布进一步公告。
