Xinxin Mining Reports Stable Share Base and Confirms Adequate Public Float for June 2026

Xinjiang Xinxin Mining Industry Co., Ltd. (Xinxin Mining) has filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, indicating no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at RMB 552.50 million, divided into 950.58 million H shares and 1,259.42 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.25. Correspondingly, registered capital for H shares stands at RMB 237.65 million, while domestic shares account for RMB 314.86 million.

Issued share capital also held steady: 950.58 million H shares and 1,259.42 million domestic shares were outstanding, with no treasury shares recorded. Xinxin Mining affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25% minimum public-float requirement for its H-share class.

The company reported no activity under share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-related arrangements during the month. All statutory filings and listing rule requirements were confirmed as satisfied by Company Secretary Wu Ning.
