Kwung’s Aroma Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 1925) published supplemental details regarding its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2024. The update focuses on the company’s share option scheme, which had 40,000,000 share options available for grant as of 31 December 2024. As of the annual report publication date, the company also had 40,000,000 shares available for issue under the scheme, representing approximately 9.9% of its issued shares at that time.
