Jun 08

Concord New Energy Group Limited released English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate materials—including the circular, notices of the upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) and related proxy forms—on both the company website (http://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/concordnewenergy) and the HKEx platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously chosen to receive printed communications will receive hard copies by post. Others are urged to access the electronic versions to facilitate timely review and reduce paper usage.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty with email notifications or online access, or those preferring printed documents for future corporate communications, can submit the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage; alternatively, requests can be emailed to 182-ecom@vistra.com.

Maintaining a functional email address remains each shareholder’s responsibility. Until an email address is supplied, communications such as publication notices and actionable documents will be dispatched solely in printed form.

Enquiries may be directed to Tricor Investor Services Limited’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
