2026年7月27日，堃博医疗控股有限公司（股票代码：02216）发布自愿性公告称，公司自主研发的BroncTru®途擴®一次性使用经支气管镜扩张导管已取得欧盟医疗器械法规（MDR）CE认证。
公告指出，BroncTru®途擴®拥有多项专利技术，可在导航系统引导下，对常规支气管镜难以到达的外周肺结节实现精准抵达，并通过穿刺、扩张及建立隧道，为其他内镜工具建立直接工作通道，是实施经支气管镜下经肺实质结节抵达术（BTPNA）的核心工具。该产品可与多种诊疗方案联用，应用场景包括经支气管扩张导管纵隔病灶冷冻活检术（EBUS-TTCB）、超声引导一次性使用经支气管镜扩张导管定位活检（EBUS-GS-TBLB）、经支气管镜针吸活检术（TBNA）等。
公司在公告中表示，此次欧盟MDR CE认证标志着BroncTru®途擴®符合欧盟最新医疗器械法规要求，为进一步拓展欧洲及其他认可CE认证的市场奠定基础。
截至公告日期，BroncTru®途擴®已获得中国国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）、美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）及欧盟MDR CE注册批准，并已在中国台湾地区、印度尼西亚、泰国及马来西亚获准上市。
