Seven Elements Investment Holdings Limited plans to re-appoint Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited as external auditor at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), according to a supplemental announcement dated 19 August 2026.

Grant Thornton, which will retire and offer itself for re-appointment at the AGM, is expected to receive an audit fee of between HK$1.40 million and HK$1.60 million for the financial year ending 31 March 2027, compared with HK$1.30 million for FY2026. The increase reflects a broader audit scope driven by potential acquisitions, business expansion and new revenue streams.

The fee estimate assumes no significant changes in accounting policies and timely provision of information by the company. The board considers the proposed remuneration fair and reasonable; any material deviation from the estimate will trigger further disclosure.

If approved, Grant Thornton’s mandate would run from the conclusion of the 2026 AGM until the next annual general meeting, with the board authorised to fix the final remuneration.
