奢侈品巨头普拉达（01913.HK）今日盘中股价大跌5.01%，引发市场关注。据悉，公司最新发布的半年业绩报告显示业绩略低于市场预期，加上收购范思哲（Versace）相关成本的影响，导致投资者信心受挫。
根据里昂证券的研报，普拉达上半年收入录得27.4亿欧元，较该行及市场预期低2%。主要原因是Prada与MiuMiu品牌的零售净销售均未达预期，其中Prada品牌下跌3.6%，而MiuMiu品牌则增长40%，但仍低于预期。尽管渠道结构优化带动毛利率超预期，但收购Versace的相关成本以及销售疲软，导致净利润低于预期。
麦格理的分析指出，普拉达上半年销售额按固定汇率计算同比上升9%，大致符合该行预测。然而，由于收购Versace的非经常性成本，净利同比仅上升0.6%，与该行预测相差7%。此外，第三季度至今，旅游消费需求持续承压，预计MiuMiu品牌将面临最大的同比基数压力。尽管如此，普拉达管理层表示，将优先提升品牌价值，并相信通过营运杠杆仍有改善盈利能力的空间。他们还指出，MiuMiu在许多国家的渗透率仍然偏低，在品类和组合方面仍有进一步改善的潜力。
