援引未具名知情人士报道称，美国在近期谈判中拒绝全面豁免对日本的“对等”关税和针对具体国家的特定关税。
知情人士表示，包括美国财长贝森特在内的美国官员上周在华盛顿与日本首席谈判代表赤泽亮正举行会谈时表示，特朗普政府打算只削减14%的特定国家关税，该关税暂停至7月初。
美国在第二轮谈判中强调，根据谈判进展，只会考虑延长90天的暂停措施或降低14%的关税。东京一直在寻求美国全面取消对等关税、25%的汽车关税和25%的钢铝关税。
华盛顿曾表示，不会就全球10%的基础关税或汽车、钢铁产品关税进行谈判。
