CH TIANBAO GP (01427) announced that Mr. Hou Liang's term as an independent non-executive director expired on October 20, 2025. Mr. Hou has decided not to renew his appointment after the term expiration, as he wishes to dedicate more time to his other business commitments. Following the expiration of his term, Mr. Hou will also no longer serve as a member of the company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Investment Decision Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee.
