2026年6月3日，博泰车联（02889）发布2026年5月股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司于报告期内注册股本由期初的154,297,113股增至158,857,874股，其中H股从75,303,711股增至79,864,472股，内资股维持78,993,402股不变。
根据月报，H股本月新增4,560,761股，包括因执行首次公开发售前购股权计划而发行的3,664,781股，以及通过配售/认购新增895,980股。每股配售价为127.35港元。本月并无股份回购或注销情况。公司确认已充分遵守香港联交所上市规则的相关要求，且目前H股公众持股量符合监管标准。
