K2 F&B（02108）8月19日晚间发布盈利警告称，经初步评估，截至2026年6月30日止六个月，公司预计将录得股东应占综合亏损约0.8百万元（新加坡元，下同），而上年同期则录得股东应占综合溢利约0.2百万元。
公司表示，本期预计亏损主要源于已完成出售一项非流动资产而产生的约1.1百万元一次性亏损（包括直接应占的交易成本）。剔除此项一次性因素后，本集团将在报告期内取得经调整除税前溢利约0.6百万元，经调整溢利约0.3百万元。
K2 F&B同时指出，相关数据基于管理层对未经过审计的综合管理账目之初步评估，尚未经核数师及审核委员会确认，最终业绩或将有所调整。公司预计将于2026年8月底前公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩。
