Weiye Holdings Withdraws Name-Change Resolution Ahead of 30 June AGM

Weiye Holdings Limited announced the withdrawal of Special Resolution No. 10, which concerned a proposed change of company name, from the agenda of its postponed annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for 30 June 2026.

The Board cited “potential impact to and improvement of the Company’s future business development and directions” as the reason for removing the motion. No poll will be conducted or counted on this resolution, and proxy forms already lodged remain valid for all other matters.

All remaining resolutions detailed in the 30 April 2026 AGM notice and circular will still be tabled for shareholder approval. Apart from the previously disclosed adjustments to the AGM date and venue, no additional changes have been made to the meeting materials.

Board composition as of 26 June 2026: Executive Directors—Chen Zhiyong (Executive Chairman) and Yang Binbin; Independent Non-Executive Directors—Liu Ning, Dong Xincheng and Chan Sze Man.
