2026年3月2日，网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）发布翌日披露报表，公告其于当日回购普通股100,250股，占该公司回购前已发行股本的约0.04626%。回购价格区间为每股港币147.3元至港币153.9元，累计支付总金额约港币14,997,400元。本次回购的股份将被持作库藏股，回购完成后公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）减少至216,625,198股，库藏股增至1,280,100股，合计已发行股份总数为217,905,298股。
