Concord New Energy (182) Announces KRW29,498.80 Million EPC Agreements

Concord New Energy Group Limited (Stock Code: 182) announced on 31 October 2025 that its wholly-owned subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the Owners) signed a series of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements with DaeBo Energy Solution Co., Ltd. (the Contractor). The agreements cover seven solar photovoltaic energy generating facilities in Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, each with a capacity of 3MW.

The total contract prices for all seven EPC Agreements amount to approximately KRW29,498.80 million (around HK$159.29 million). Each agreement carries a contract price of about KRW4,214.11 million (close to HK$22.76 million). The Contractor will provide design, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, commissioning, and testing services on a turnkey basis, with the Works scheduled for completion by the end of August 2026.

The transaction qualifies as a discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the highest applicable percentage ratio in respect of the agreements collectively exceeds 5% but is less than 25%. The agreements will be funded by the internal resources and/or borrowing of the Group. DaeBo Communication & Systems Corporation (DaeBo CSC) has provided guarantees for the Contractor’s obligations, including advance payment bonds, a performance bond of 10% of the contract price prior to provisional acceptance, and a warranty bond of 10% of the contract price to cover equipment and construction service warranties for three years.

Concord New Energy Group Limited, headquartered in Singapore, invests in wind and solar power projects and offers professional technical services and integrated solutions to power generation projects globally. The Contractor is engaged in solar and electrical project construction in the Republic of Korea. According to the announcement, all parties involved are independent third parties with no additional connected relationships.
