回购价格每股介乎港币20.58元至20.90元，合计付出约11.40万港元。本次回购后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数量变更为301,586,586股，库藏股数量增至637,000股，合计302,223,586股。
公司提及，此次回购经2025年12月16日股东大会通过的购回授权批准，授权范围最多可购回30,222,358股。截至本次交易后，已累计回购637,000股。公司同时确认，上述回购过程符合法律法规及上市规则的要求。
