深圳控股有限公司（00604）8月27日公告称，公司董事会已正式成立可持续发展委员会，自2026年8月27日起生效。
可持续发展委员会的主要职能包括：指导及监督集团的环境、社会及管治（ESG）与企业社会责任策略；管理ESG及气候相关风险与机遇；确保监管及上市合规；评估对持份者的影响；并审阅年度可持续发展报告以供董事会批准。
委员会成员共三名，分别为两名执行董事王昱文、严中宇，以及一名独立非执行董事宫鹏。王昱文被委任为委员会主席。
公司同时披露，委员会职权范围及董事最新名单将刊载于香港联合交易所有限公司网站及公司网站。
截至公告日，深圳控股董事会由七名董事组成，包括四名执行董事王昱文、蔡潯、严中宇及向东，以及三名独立非执行董事李伟强、黄友嘉、宫鹏。
