SUXIN SERVICES (02152) announced that: (i) Mr. Cui Xiaodong has resigned from his positions as executive director and chairman due to work arrangements, effective September 2, 2025; (ii) the board of directors has elected Mr. Chen Mingdong, the company's executive director and general manager, to preside over all shareholders' meetings from September 2, 2025 until the effective date of appointment of a new chairman; and (iii) the company proposes to appoint Mr. Wang Hua as executive director.
