科利实业控股集团有限公司（下称“公司”）3月2日发布2026年2月股份变动月报表。报告期自2026年2月1日至2月28日，公司股本结构及已发行股份维持稳定，未见新增发行或回购活动。
公司注册股本目前为10,000,000,000股普通股，面值每股0.01港元，金额合计1亿港元。报告期内注册股本无变动。截至2月底，已发行普通股股份总数仍为1,278,562,500股，与1月底持平，且无任何库藏股。公司并确认满足香港联交所关于公众持股量的相关要求。
在股份期权及激励方面，公司在报告期内无行使或新增授予，仅保留最多可授出125,000,000股期权额度。公司无购回及注销股份行为，亦无其他发行协议或安排导致的股本变动。
截至2月末，公司整体股本保持不变。公司并声明已遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。本次公告由公司秘书曾启明签署。
