2026年4月9日，美的集团(00300)发布翌日披露报表，宣布于同日回购A股73.39万股，用于股权激励及/或员工持股计划。本次回购股份占当日公司现有已发行股份（不含库藏股）约0.010686%，每股价格介乎人民币75.90元至人民币76.89元，合计支付约人民币5606.20万元。
同时，公司于2026年4月9日分别因第八期和第九期股票期权激励计划行权，新增发行40,670股及57,700股A股。受上述回购与发行影响，截至2026年4月9日，公司已发行股份总数约为69.53亿股，其中库藏股约8595.56万股。
公司确认，本次股份回购及新股发行均已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。
