由于购房者持续受到高房贷利率和高房价的双重压制，美国3月二手房销量创下2022年以来最大跌幅。
全美房地产经纪人协会（NAR）周四公布的数据显示，3月二手房成交量下降5.9%，至折合年率402万套。低于接受调查的大多数经济学家的预期。
二手房售价中值同比上涨2.7%，至40.37万美元，为历年3月的最高纪录，也延续2023年中以来的同比价格上涨趋势。市场前景不容乐观，关税措施不仅可能推高家具和建筑材料的成本，还将进一步加剧财务吃紧的消费者的负担。
NAR首席经济学家Lawrence Yun在与记者的电话会上表示，房价上涨主要反映了100万美元以上高价房的销售活动增加。但他也指出，价格涨幅相较于工资增长仍属温和。
即使更多房源流入市场，房价仍在上涨。二手房供应量同比增长19.8%至133万套，为2020年以来同期的最高值。
