SICHUAN EXPRESS (00107) announced that on August 28, 2025, Chenyu Logistics, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a flotation phosphate concentrate transportation contract with Sichuan Hongda Co.,Ltd. Under the agreement, Chenyu Logistics will provide flotation phosphate concentrate transportation services to Sichuan Hongda Co.,Ltd., with the total service fee capped at approximately RMB 61.2 million. Previously, Sichuan Hongda Co.,Ltd. had conducted a public tender to solicit transportation service suppliers, and Chenyu Logistics was ultimately awarded the contract.
