8月24日，佳兆业集团（01638）披露盈利警告。公司根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计管理账目的初步评估，预计本期录得亏损净额及归属于公司拥有人亏损净额均不超过人民币95亿元。
作为对比，截至2025年6月30日止六个月，公司录得亏损净额人民币101亿元，归属于公司拥有人亏损净额人民币100亿元。由此可见，佳兆业集团本期亏损规模较上年同期略有收窄。
公司将亏损减幅归因于对物业项目计提的减值拨备同比减少。佳兆业集团表示，其2026年上半年综合业绩仍未最终落实，股东及潜在投资者应以计划于2026年8月31日发布的中期业绩公告为准，并在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
