SANAI HEALTH GP (01889) has announced that Mr. She Hao has tendered his resignation as an executive director and deputy chief executive officer. Concurrently, he will cease to serve as the company's authorized representative as defined under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. This resignation is effective from May 20, 2026, as Mr. She Hao intends to dedicate more time to personal matters. The company has appointed Mr. Xie Haijing, an executive director, as the new authorized representative, with the appointment also taking effect from May 20, 2026.
