中国石油化工股份有限公司（股票代码：00386）于2026年9月2日发布公告称，公司当日在香港联合交易所场内回购H股共计2,244,000股，约占此前公司已发行H股总数的0.009%。本次回购的价格区间介乎每股4.68港元至4.83港元，合计耗资约1,060.49万港元。回购股份将用于注销处理，目前公司已发行H股合计23,782,600,600股，库藏股为0股。
本次回购基于公司于2026年5月13日通过的股份购回授权决定，可回购股份的总数上限为2,378,260,060股。截至目前，公司已累计在联交所或其他证券交易所回购股票93,464,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的约0.077%。经计算，公司目前尚有2,284,796,060股的回购授权额度。
