On September 15th, nine automotive manufacturing companies including NIO Inc., Great Wall Motor Company Limited, Xiaomi Automobile Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology Co., Ltd., Guangdong XPeng Motors Technology Group Co., Ltd., Geely Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd., Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd., and China FAW Group Co., Ltd. successively issued statements expressing their commitment to actively implement the "Automotive OEM Supplier Payment Standards Initiative," aiming to build a collaborative and mutually beneficial development ecosystem between vehicle manufacturers and parts suppliers, and jointly promote high-quality development of the automotive industry. With this, all 17 companies that made payment period commitments have now clearly stated their positions. The specific statements from these nine companies are as follows:

**NIO Inc.**

NIO actively responds to the "Automotive OEM Supplier Payment Standards Initiative" issued by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.

Great Wall Motor fully implements the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on Guaranteeing Payment to Small and Medium Enterprises" and actively responds to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers' "Automotive OEM Supplier Payment Standards Initiative." In terms of payment methods, we exclusively use wire transfers and bank acceptance drafts, eliminating electronic voucher payments; based on the shortened payment periods already implemented, we further optimize payment processes.

**Xiaomi Automobile**

Recently, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers issued the "Automotive OEM Supplier Payment Standards Initiative," which received responses and support from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other relevant national departments. Leapmotor will continue to implement the requirements of the "Regulations on Guaranteeing Payment to Small and Medium Enterprises" and respond to the "Automotive OEM Supplier Payment Standards Initiative" with concrete actions, continuously ensuring stable industrial and supply chains, and committing to building a good supplier ecosystem.

As early as June 10 this year, Geely Automobile Group was among the first to respond to and implement the State Council's "Regulations on Guaranteeing Payment to Small and Medium Enterprises" and the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers' "Initiative on Maintaining Fair Competition Order and Promoting Healthy Industry Development," announcing the unification of supplier payment periods to within 60 days to accelerate industrial chain capital turnover efficiency, ensure stable industrial and supply chains, demonstrate leading enterprise responsibility, and promote high-quality development of the automotive industry.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and other national ministries have made a series of deployment requirements regarding ensuring stable industrial and supply chains and promoting high-quality development of the automotive industry. On September 15, 2025, the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers issued the "Automotive OEM Supplier Payment Standards Initiative," proposing standardized initiatives for payment-related content in procurement contracts between vehicle manufacturers and supply chain enterprises.

As a state-owned mega automotive enterprise group, China FAW has always highly valued industrial chain collaborative development and adhered to sharing destiny and mutual benefit with supplier partners. In June 2025, China FAW officially announced the unification of supplier payment periods to within 60 days, while simultaneously optimizing internal procurement and financial settlement processes, taking practical actions to maintain healthy and stable market economic order.

Previously, eight automotive manufacturing companies including Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd., SAIC Motor Corporation Limited, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., Seres Group Co., Ltd., Li Auto Inc., Chongqing Changan Automobile Company Limited, GAC Group, and BYD Auto Industry Company Limited had successively issued statements expressing their commitment to actively implement the "Automotive OEM Supplier Payment Standards Initiative."
