2026年8月19日，高伟电子控股有限公司（股票代码：01415）发布公告，宣布于同日通过香港联合交易所场内回购公司普通股，共计回购股份790,000股，占当日现有已发行股本约0.091%。回购股份最高价为每股23.9港元，最低价为每股23.6港元，合计耗资18,755,560港元（约1,875.56万港元）。
本次交易前，公司已发行股份总数为870,037,800股。回购完成后，公司已发行股本减少至869,247,800股，同时库存股份数量为790,000股。公司已于2026年5月28日获得回购授权，总额度为86,830,080股，截至本次回购，已使用的回购份额占该授权通过当日已发行股本的约0.091%。
公司表示，本次回购已严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书林詠欣签署。
