这一亏损部分源于Strategy去年采纳的公允价值会计准则。根据该规则，持有数字资产的企业必须在每季度末的资产负债表上列示其加密货币的公允价值。不过，该公司当季也确认了50.1亿美元的相关递延所得税收益。
Strategy股价在2025年暴跌48%，与比特币的黯淡走势相呼应。去年比特币本身下跌逾6%，创下自2022年以来最差的年度表现。
然而，Strategy与比特币在2026年初均迎来强势开局。截至周一早间，比特币价格逼近94,000美元关口，Strategy股价同期上涨约4%。公司披露，在截至1月4日的七天内已紧急增持价值约1.16亿美元的比特币。
