KO YO GROUP (00827) announced that Shi Jianmin has resigned from his positions as executive director and group chief executive officer, and will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative, effective September 19, 2025, in order to devote more time to his personal affairs. On the same date, executive director Fan Chao has been appointed to succeed Shi Jianmin as chief executive officer and authorized representative.
