Hisense Home Appliances Reports Annual Profit Dip Amid Revenue Decline

Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. (00921) announced its financial results for the year ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded total operating revenue of 87.928 billion yuan, representing a decrease of 5.19% compared to the previous year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was 3.187 billion yuan, down 4.82% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were 2.33 yuan. The company proposed a cash dividend of 12.65 yuan for every 10 shares.

In 2025, the company faced dual challenges from a continued downturn in the real estate market and a reduction in public construction projects. In response, it actively aligned with national carbon neutrality goals and maintained a market-oriented approach centered on user needs. The company implemented precise strategies in specific industry segments, leading the HVAC industry toward greater intelligence and integration. During the reporting period, its market share for domestic multi-split air conditioning systems exceeded 23%, sustaining its leadership position.

Hisense's air conditioning business has committed to reshaping air value through advanced technology and providing reliable, comprehensive air solutions for global users. The focus remains on technological and product upgrades for its Hisense and Kelon brands. According to industry online production and sales data, the company's domestic sales of household air conditioners increased by 9.6% in 2025, outperforming the industry average by 8.9 percentage points.
