Sun Hing Vision to Convene 29 Jun 2026 Board Meeting for FY2026 Results and Final Dividend Deliberation

Sun Hing Vision Group Holdings Limited has scheduled a board meeting for 29 June 2026 to approve publication of its audited financial results for the 12-month period ended 31 March 2026. The agenda also includes discussion and possible recommendation of a final dividend for the year under review.
The board currently comprises four executive directors—Mr. Ku Ngai Yung, Otis; Mr. Ku Ka Yung; Mr. Chan Chi Sun; and Ms. Ma Sau Ching—together with three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Chow Chi Fai, Mr. Lee Kwong Yiu, and Mr. Wong Che Man, Eddy.
The announcement was authorized by Company Secretary Mok Sim Wa and released to the market on 16 June 2026.
