South China Holdings Company Limited (SC Holdings, 00413) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 25 March 2026 to review and approve the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025. The agenda also includes deliberation on a potential final dividend proposal and other routine corporate matters.

The notice, released on 11 March 2026, confirms that Executive Director Ms. Cheung Choi Ngor will preside over the meeting. The current Board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Ng Hung Sang, Ms. Cheung Choi Ngor and Mr. Ng Yuk Yeung Paul—alongside two non-executive directors, Ms. Ng Yuk Mui Jessica and Mr. Yu Pui Hang, and three independent non-executive directors, Mr. Kam Yiu Shing Tony, Ms. Pong Scarlett Oi Lan, BBS, J.P., and Mr. Wong Chun Tat, J.P.
