消息面上，据路透报道，MiniMax集团表示计划通过配售股份和发行债券筹集约160.4亿港元的新资金，以支持其人工智能业务的增长。其中，公司计划通过发行3560万股新A股筹集约95.4亿港元，其余资金则通过发行2027年到期的零息债券筹集。此前，该公司于今年1月在香港首次公开募股中筹集了48.2亿港元。
