EQT Holdings Ltd宣布，将停止通过其子公司Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited提供独立的养老金受托服务。这一决定是在对公司养老金受托服务业务进行战略评估后作出的。
该子公司董事会将考虑其受托管理基金的各种处置方案。若ETSL最终退出养老金受托人任命，公司需偿还一笔总额达3600万澳元的ORFR贷款融资。
此外，公司预计在下半年将产生约220万澳元（已扣除保险支持）的法律及咨询费用，这与澳大利亚证券与投资委员会的诉讼程序相关。同时，公司预计在2026财年将确认一笔约1300万澳元的一次性非现金减值费用。
