北森控股有限公司（09669）于2026年3月19日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司于当日回购46,200股普通股。
该回购股份占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库存股份）的0.0063%，每股回购价格介乎每股4.43港元至4.54港元，合计耗资约20.87万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持在736,191,751股，其中730,977,751股为已发行在外股份，库存股份增至5,214,000股。
公告同时披露，公司回购授权通过日期为2025年9月18日，可根据该授权回购股份总数为70,122,313股。截至公告日，公司已根据该授权合计回购9,980,600股。
公司确认，此次回购遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
