公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本维持在1,433,241,098股，当前库藏股数量为0。普华和顺于2026年6月26日获得购回授权，最多可购回144,285,509股，截至本次回购前公司已在本交易所或其他证券交易所累计回购股份3,262,000股，占该购回授权通过当日已发行股份数目的约0.2261%。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规；公告由董事张月娥签署。
