2026年7月21日，中国波顿（股票代码：03318）公告称，当日公司于香港联交所场内回购普通股股份22.60万股，约占此前一个交易日已发行股份总数（不包括库藏股）1,060,778,146股的0.02131%。本次回购每股价格介乎2.63港元至2.70港元，合计动用资金约60.39万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）由1,060,778,146股减少至1,060,552,146股；库藏股数量由19,734,000股增至19,960,000股，公司总发行股本仍维持在1,080,512,146股。
根据公告，公司此前于2026年5月22日通过购回授权，可购回最多108,051,214股，至本次回购完成后，已在香港联交所购回226,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.02092%。
公司表示，已按照香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定，遵循必要程序完成此次回购。公告由公司董事王明凡签署。
