黄河实业有限公司（00318）7月31日公告称，由于审计程序、外部确认函及评估师估值报告等工作仍需更多时间处理，公司截至2026年4月30日止财政年度的全年业绩公告将延迟发布。按照香港联交所《上市规则》第13.49(1)条规定，相关业绩原定应于2026年7月31日或之前公布。
董事会表示，审计师已告知公司，外部确认函签署及最终估值报告的完成和交付超出公司管理层控制范围，但公司正全力配合并提供支持。公司预计，此次延迟不会影响2026年年报的寄发时间，具体发布日期将另行公告。
应公司要求，其股份自2026年8月3日09:00起在香港联交所暂停买卖，直至刊发2026年全年业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎，并将适时发布最新消息。
截至公告日，黄河实业执行董事为黄达扬及徐斯平；独立非执行董事为区廷而、冯嘉强及James Andrew McGrah。公司秘书为黄永祥。
