销售成本约28.8百万元，同比增长13.8%。其中，污水处理营运成本增加主要来自电力费用较去年同期明显提升。一般及行政开支约6.6百万元，同比增长10.0%，主要系员工福利支出增长所致。

报告期内，污水处理营运服务实现营收53.2百万元，同比增长8.4%；特许服务安排财务收入56.9百万元，同比增长1.4%。公司整体营运稳中有增，主要得益于污水处理服务收入的稳步提升。
