优趣汇控股(02177)在6月29日举行的股东周年大会上，所有决议案均获高票通过，包括批准派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息。
公司宣布，将向于2026年7月8日（星期三）名列股东名册的股东，派付末期股息每股0.25港元。股息将于2026年7月17日（星期五）正式派发。
为厘定有权收取末期股息的股东身份，公司将于2026年7月6日（星期一）至2026年7月8日（星期三）暂停办理股份过户登记手续。股东须于2026年7月3日（星期五）下午4时30分前，将填妥的股份过户文件连同相关股票证书，送达公司香港证券登记分处香港中央证券登记有限公司（地址为香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716号铺），方符合资格获派末期股息。
此外，股东周年大会亦通过重选董事、续聘核数师及授予董事一般授权等多项议案。
