家乡互动科技有限公司（股票代码：03798）于2026年7月15日发布翌日披露报表，宣布在香港联交所场内回购普通股约163.20万股，占本次回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）约0.1282%。根据公告，本次回购的每股价格介乎1.10港元至1.19港元，总耗资约179.61万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为1,283,403,500股，其中流通股份数由回购前的1,273,019,500股降至1,271,387,500股，库藏股则由10,384,000股增至12,016,000股。公司同时披露，回购授权决议获通过的日期为2025年6月17日，授权总额为128,340,350股，截至目前已累计回购12,016,000股，占该授权决议通过当日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数目的约0.93626%。
公司确认本次股份购回交易符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定，且此前已向香港联交所提交之说明函件所载信息并无重大变动。公告由联席公司秘书吴介然签署。
