Based on the latest filings from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Wang Dongxing has increased his stake in SUNSHINE PAPER (02002) on July 28, purchasing 106,000 shares at an average price of HK$1.1119 per share, totaling approximately HK$117,900.
Following this transaction, Mr. Wang's total shareholding stands at approximately 345 million shares, representing a 32.40% stake in the company. The transaction involved related parties: Wu Rong, Shi Weixin, and Wang Changhai.
In supplementary information provided under Section 318 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), Wang Dongxing is deemed to have an interest in 3,840,000 shares of China Sunshine Paper Holdings Co. Ltd. held by Wang Changhai.
