Royal Deluxe Holdings Limited (Royal Deluxe) has scheduled a board meeting for Friday, 26 June 2026. The agenda includes:
• Approval of the Group’s audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026.
• Consideration of a final dividend declaration, if any.
The notice was issued in Hong Kong on 12 June 2026 by Chairman and Executive Director Wang Kei Ming. The board currently comprises Executive Directors Wang Kei Ming, Wang Yu Hin and Chao Lai Heng, alongside Independent Non-Executive Directors Sio Kam Seng, Huang Victor and Fok Sheung Wai.
