Yum China (09987) has announced a share repurchase transaction executed on September 10, 2026, reflecting its ongoing commitment to returning capital to shareholders.

According to the company's latest filing, it spent approximately HK$7.85 million to buy back 23,700 shares at prices ranging from HK$330.2 to HK$332.4 per share. Additionally, the company repurchased 77,900 shares for around US$3.3 million, with each share priced between US$42.25 and US$42.77.
