Synertone Communication Corporation (1613) released an announcement indicating that, based on the latest unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ended 30 September 2025, the Group expects to record revenue of approximately HK$9.3 million. This figure represents an 87.8% decrease compared to the approximately HK$76.1 million recorded during the corresponding period in 2024.

According to the announcement, the Group’s loss is anticipated to stand at around HK$14.9 million, broadly in line with the comparable period in 2024. The decline in revenue is attributed to the scaling back of the smartphone distribution segment amid heightened market competition and low profitability, which did not have a material impact on the Group’s expected loss.

The announcement also states that the interim results for the period are scheduled for release on 28 November 2025. Shareholders and potential investors have been urged to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
