The submission deadline is 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, i.e., not less than 24 hours before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. Joint shareholders may vote in person or by proxy, with precedence given to the first-named holder on the register.

Attendance in person remains permissible even if a proxy form has been lodged, provided the shareholder presents valid identification at the venue.
